Description: By learning to appraise their own leadership styles, students improve their leadership effectiveness and explore the relationship between leadership and college and university effectiveness. In this course, we will explore the theory and practice of leadership utilizing a critical perspective. We will engage in reflection upon our own leadership and apply what we鈥檙e learning to our educational practice.
