Alumni Reunions

Reunions are a great way to share memories and laughs with former classmates and a perfect reason to return to campus to see what has changed and what has stayed the same.

Planning your reunion can be a lot of work, but the benefits make it worthwhile. They include:

  • Renewing relationships with friends and with classmates
  • Networking with industry professionals
  • Revisiting favorite hangouts
  • Having fun!

There are no hard and fast rules for how long it takes to plan a reunion. If you are hosting a small, informal gathering, a couple of months should be enough notice. If you are organizing something larger, we recommend at least six to eight months. The more notice you give your guests and offices you are working with on campus, the better!

All reunions are different and depending on how much time you have and your budget, you might want to add special touches such as establishing a class gift or hosting a crowdfunding campaign for a university fund.

In order to best assist you in planning your reunion or small group gathering, we have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions and resources below.
