Mail Delivery
Letter mail is delivered to departments Monday - Friday, from 8:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Parcel Delivery/Accountable (barcoded) Mail
Parcels and Accountable (barcoded) mail are delivered to department mail centers Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 12 p.m. Accountable mail requires a delivery signature.
Sealing
Envelopes less than 1/4 inch thick can be sealed by our machines when the flaps remain open and unsealed. Envelopes more than 1/4 inch thick are required to be manually sealed. MANUAL LABOR CHARGES MAY APPLY DUE TO VOLUME AND THICKNESS.
