Why do I have to do this?
Sharing information is helpful in giving our constituents the best experience. Many people have multiple Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« relationships. It ensures each Â鶹ÊÓƵ×îÐÂ×îÈ« University staff member has the full picture of the constituent.
Step-By-Step Guide
Fill out or ask a staff member in your area to fill out the for any conversation that takes place with an alumni, donor or friend.

Key Considerations
Share things such as conversations with alumni, friends and donors about university connections, philanthropic gifts, donated items (gifts-in-kind), areas of interest or other important updates.
Upon submission, you can enter another report if you have multiple contacts to share.
