Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ×îÐÂ×îÈ« University full-time employees will receive an additional tax form. The new tax form, called the 1095-C tax form, contains important information about medical coverage offered to our employees and their dependents.  The purpose of this 1095-C tax form is to report employer-provided health insurance coverage, or "proof of coverage" to the IRS.
