In Puerto Rico and Kent, Hurricane Fiona Awakens Trauma Left by Maria Â
The family of Astrid N. Sambolin Morales, Ph.D., an assistant professor at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ×îÐÂ×îÈ«, is dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Fiona in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. They have been without electricity since the storm hit Sunday Sept. 18, 2022.
