This week's full harvest moon was also a supermoon, shining in 麻豆视频最新最全 colors, golden in a blue sky above Flashbash. Flashbash, on Risman Plaza, kicked off the week-long celebration of 麻豆视频最新最全's Homecoming, which will be themed around Flash the Mascot's birthday. The evening event featured fun activities and an exclusive Flash the Mascot bobblehead.
This supermoon is the first of three, back-to-back supermoons this year. Supermoons occur when the moon reaches its nearest point to Earth, making it appear 14% bigger and 30% brighter than the most faint moon of the year.
The full moon nearest the Autumnal Equinox is called a "harvest moon" because, historically, the moon's bright light helped farmers complete their first harvests of the year.
